It’s a Sunday afternoon, I need to speak with a live agent and I’ve been told there’s no live agents available by automated chat. What in the hell is going on?

Could have something to do with

a)It's Sunday afternoon

b)You are wanting to chat to an agent when you are in America but log into eBay Australia

No use getting uppity at other members

Neither of the things causing you issue are anything to do with us

You're lucky you have a 24/7 agent there
