Once again, ebay has been changed and now I cannot find any where to enter the postage cost, how do I do it?

I just did a listing and had no problem entering postage cost.

So where is the field I can write the actual postage cost? I seem to recall that I don't use the data above so how do I bypass it?

Change to flat postage. You are not using that as it doesn't require weight or dimensions.

I am using flat rate, but I am still unable to enter the postage figure,there is no field for this.

I listed another item and had no problems finding the area to enter the postage, so I have deleted the draft of the first item and now will re-do the listing.

good idea....drafts are having lots of issues at the moment 😑
