As the page no longer exists, very likely.

If it was offering a new phone for way less than retail, yes.

Don't buy phones online, unless from a reputable seller with a REAL shop. Like, Telstra, JB, Optus, Apple. Pay the extra (actual retail) and get what is advertised, with a real, enforcable warranty.

Maybe, if you need to ask about every phone you are interested in, that is an indicator.
