Why am I being charged a $1.00 insertion fee for selling on ebay? I am listing in 1 catergory only and it doesnt seem to matter what catergory, I still get charged. The help articles seem to suggest it should be free, and you pay a final value fee when/ if the item sells. I have not listed a single item yet and do not have an ebay store.
