You can't.

All you can do is make a list of the item numbers and forward those via messages for your friends to add the items to their watch list if they so desire.

You could also take a screenshot of it and send that to them.

You can't. My husband gave his daughter his login details so she could access his watch list. She drove us absolutely insane with constant requests for "what do you want for Christmas/birthday". My husband only added stuff to his watch list that he really wanted and she was able to use that to buy gifts. It certainly shut her up in regards to gifts!

Obviously giving your details to others can be a massive risk and I don't recommend it, but daughter is 1,000% trustworthy.
