BSB missing on bank transfer in Checkout

I have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer in checkout in my last 3 auction wins, when I have gone through Checkout, the BSB was missing from the bankdetails on each item and I had to email seller each time for addtional data to pay for my item.

Sellers have blamed Ebay each time and I agree with them but it doesn't solve my issue of distrust now, the last purchase I did not ask for an Invoice via Ebays system but explained to seller what had happened previously and could they send the extra data I need to make a Bank Transfer. It was strange that Ebay put a message above mine that I could click on Request Invoice instead of emailing seller, I waited for some time befor the area for my message to appear then typed my message to seller.

Is anyone else being held back by Ebay?

Is anyone paying by Bank Transfer but missing data and having to email seller for it?

always obstacles on Ebay , now paying for an item is difficult

Yes, it has just happenedto me for a large purchase, Looks like reputable seller so I have asked them for details

I do hope you realise that you have NO buyer protection if you pay by bank deposit. For any purchase unless I knew the seller personally I would never use BD - and you want to use it for a large purchase.....
