Why can you not find the seller?

No doubt the double ended contractor is from a seller registered in China

Pa f with PayPal only and never best with Ebay for wrong or damaged products, Through PayPal only, ever based on my many years experience as eBay are a dead loss a and find for the seller in to many wrong decisions..

Open the correct dispute (and follow through with it) within the time limit and the buyer will not have an issue.

Which if you have many years experience, you should be well aware how the basics.

eBay is ALL about the buyer, if you find otherwise, you are doing it wrong

Much of your feedback is from sellers registered in China who have terrible feedback

You might find you have less issues to start with if you were not buying from such sellers in the first place
