Why is eBay declining my Qantas points on items I purchase through Qantas shopping

I've been using Qantas Shopping to access eBay for the last 5 or 6 months. This is supposed to earn me Qantas points for the value of my purchases.

On the first three occasions, my points went through ok. However, I've just checked my shopping history on the Qantas site, and eBay have declined every purchase I've made since November last year.

The items I've purchased (stamps - I'm a stamp collector) have not been ineligible items, or purchased with gift cards, etc.

So, why are eBay declining my purchases as ineligible for Qantas points?

Thanks Karen for posting. Yes I want to know too as it happened to me. Why hasn't ebay answer this question?

Have you actually asked eBay?. The question was asked four years ago, so unlikely the reason then is the reason now. eBay do not post on the forum, and rarely read it since it is a member to member forum and not a way to communicate with ebay cs
