Where is eBay Australia's Contact Information?

You click on the Customer Support link and select contact eBay, once you select an category you are then not given any contact methods just rather useless information.

My new account was suspended for no known reason, I tried to call (02) 8280 6400 which was met by an ear pearcing woman with her loud unruly voice telling where to fax information and to follow the instructions in the email, which by the way are non-existant.

How on earth can I call this dreaded company to appeal this suspension?

After you click on Customer support click on the contact ebay tab and then follow the prompts till you see Call Us.

Click on call us and you will get the free call number and a code to enter.

I cannot find the contact Ebay link either

They used to have one in small print at the bottom of the page

No idea where they are hiding it now

Obviously, you haven't answered the OP's 12 year old question, or added anything of value to the topic - but why exactly do you think they would have a non-existent phone number?

If you personally wish to contact someone from eBay, simply use the "Help" hyperlink found at the top and/or bottom of every page.
