HOW DO I CONTACT A MEMBER BY USER NAME

I have contacted ebay re a non genuine copy of windows 7 ultimate i purchased.

I have found others who have purchased the same item from the same seller.

I have been getting messages from Microsoft for about 2 weeks telling me that my copy is non genuine.

I want to contact them to find out if their copies are also non genuine.
