      <title>Third party authorization</title>
      <link>https://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Membership-Account/Third-party-authorization/qaq-p/1182223</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I got really sick of all the pop-up messages in eBay, so went to see if I could prevent some of these in the "preferences" part of my account, only to discover that I had supposedly allowed "third party authorization" for someone to act on my behalf, about two weeks ago.......&amp;nbsp; OH NO I HAVEN'T!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; certainly not to my knowledge.&amp;nbsp; I immediately revoked the authorization, as I didn't even recognize the name of the person (company) whatever.&amp;nbsp; I just wished I had written it down first.&amp;nbsp;I have not seen any untoward activity on my account.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone else encountered this?&amp;nbsp; I will get in touch with eBay about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
