      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since having to change my password I have been unable to access my account due to no longer having my email through bigpond! I cant access my new pin so essentially am locked out. Help me please! I have things that Im selling that I have no access to. I can't seem to be able to get through to customer support either. Does any one have any ideas? Kicking myself for not updating my new email and phone number before now. Many thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
