How to delete past questions?

Is there a way to delete past questions and comments made on the community forums? There is no option in drop down box next to post.

I think there is a time limit of 5 minutes (at least there is to edit one's own post)

But a person can't delete someone else's post at all unless they are a mod

To delete fully it would need to be reported or self reported to a mod (by clicking report inappropriate content)
