How do I make a claim against ebay

On 4th Dec 2019 I was charge $48.99 on my Paypal account for an ebay plus annual membership fee which I did not sign up for. How do I claim a refund?

First check it is a genuine charge and not just a scam email. But don't click on links in your email.

You must have taken advantage of the free membership offered 12 months ago and it states that you need to unsubscribe to the reoccuring membership otherwise it is automatically charged to you the following year.

You can try calling eBay and see if they will cancel it for you.

Select help at the top of the page and call them during business hours.

But leaving it almost 2 months since the renewal was not a good idea.
