Ebay fees question

My account has been restricted and it says due to owing ebay fees. $136.79. My 90 day total, which is also since I became active again after a while, is $1028.25. Does that fee make sense? I always thought that fees automatically went through? Also never got any sort of notification about fees?
Also, how do I find out what the fees are from? I've had a buyer pay then ask straight away for a refund after they didn't read the description properly. I refunded, but it said "paid send now" for a while until I deleted that

Select the account tab then view account activity to see what the fees are for.

If a buyer asks you to refund, you need to cancel the transaction or eBay will still charge their fees.

Are you on managed payments? If not you have to pay your fees yourself.

In Seller Hub, Account summary, then All account activity for the current month. 'View invoice' for previous months.

Go to My eBay >> Account Summary....you'll get a breakdown there

I forgot about the new format.
After selecting the account tab then in the top right select switch to classic view then you will see View all account activity.

Thanks. Only shows me total fees and not what it's ll from unfortunately. The amount doesn't make any sense to me

You can select any month to view what the charges are for.

Can't see that option anywhere. Page just shows how much fees owing. I ended up just paying it. Even after that the page just shows that I paid and nothing else

Did you choose view all account activity? THAT will give you an itemised breakdown.
