Hi I need to send an item back to a seller but they have asked for my Ebay ID - is this a number or my name? Cant find any number attached to my name. I have never sold anything?

Or if they want the item number, that is in the listing to the right under report item.

Perhaps message them with both.

when a seller asks me for a ebay ID what is that, is it a number or my name.
