Double charged for plus membership

Hi,

My account was charged twice of eBay plus fee, one on 15 July and one on 5 August. The payment on 15 July was invoiced together with a selling fee, and the latter is a subscription fee only. Both payments were auto charged via PayPal. Please help to sort it out. Thank you!
