How do I email a complaint against a seller

I received the items but are only 1.89mm thick.

Their clipboards reference on the items are:

I measured the thickness with a digital caliper which shows clearly to be 1.90mm (NOT 2.55mm) and even less depending how stable the measurement is taken (not easy).

It is obviously a lie:–

either they don’t check the items before they send them and don’t want any returns and refund the buyer,
or, most likely, they want to get rid of their unsold stuff, trick the buyers with false ad and, in fact, refuse any returns and refunds

I complained to the seller and asked for a prepaid return parcel and a full refund. He only refunded for 1 item (~$10.00) NOT for 2 items (Total paid $21.94)!!!

He refuses to admit his mistake finding all sorts of excuses for not refunding me. Furthermore, it is a never ending bargaining saga from them – typical scenario found in asian markets!!!

This is not the first time I had problems of that kind with asian-owned businesses on eBay! They find all sorts of tricks to delay the procedure and which eventually goes over the eBay time limit for resolving complaints.

I’ve got all the emails, should you wish to see them.

Other members do not need to see the emails, we cannot get involved

Had you opened an item not as described dispute there would have been no issue

Going back and forth with a seller clearly not willing to do the right thing is pointless

There is no option to 'email' about this, emails to eBay are bot automated and not read by humans

Stop buying off dodgy sellers in Asia or seller who dropship junk from China

Rea the feedback before you buy stuff

This seller has atrocious feedback

Use the tools given to you to resolve issues that do arise

Just doing your own thing and hoping the dodgy seller will 'come good' is pointless

And don't allow sellers to play 'tricks' YOU have ALL the power to open a dispute and follow through with it. The seller gets NO say if you follow the correct process. No say at all

Regarding the previously lodged complaint:-

1. The seller mentions FULL refund ok.

2. I found similar items in Officeworks for about $4.00 instead of $10.00 + from the seller. Good to know that rippoff - Check local and genuine business before dealing with chinese **bleep**!

3. Because the seller refunded part of the purchase price (half), eBay considers the problem closed. Disgusting attitude from eBay. Does eBay check the emails exchanged between the seller and buyer? NO.

4. I've not received any reply from eBay.

5. Reminder - I'm ready to send back their **bleep**, postage free, and get the rest of the purchase price refunded.

No, eBay do not double check emails between buyer and seller.

Communication needs to be kept to eBay messages only, not emails which will not be taken into account .

Time to check who you are buying from is before buying. If you buy from sellers in China who have horrid feedback, you will certainly get nothing but issues. The seller you chose to buy from has very, very poor feedback

Buyers have all the power

Check feedback before buying

Follow the proper procedure when problems do come up

Do not accept 'excuses' from dodgy sellers

Do no keep communicating with dodgy sellers

Open the proper dispute, and follow through with it before time runs out

For some reason, I can not find any reference in the listing, to the item thickness.

Please show me where it indicates 2.55mm thick.

Only measurements I can see are

A4 (310 x 223mm)

A5 (225 x 155mm)

Note: The only revisions for the item, relate to Qty available. ( auto generated due to sales)

Thanks Padi, found it, but the caliper appears to be tilted, which would give a false reading. 1mm tolerance due to manual measurement indicated in the add.
