You will need to sort it out with your unhappy buyer yourself.

Did you indeed post, and did you provide tracking?

OR if it is with the items you had issues with have you opened the appropriate disputes?

You have a lot of bad luck with buying it seems

OP is in the USA and is an infrequent buyer. Presumably they sorted it, as they are still buying, NINE years later
