eBay phone support became unavailable when COVID hit, and remains largely unavailable.

Why are you without customer service (still at the top of every single page)

and what is it you need help with ?

Is it about the dodgy as seller in China you bought dodgy batteries from?

Did you open and follow through with a dispute?

As already advised in this thread, there's no phone number for eBay. eBay Help is at the top of the page and when you get to the automated assistant , ask to speak to an agent.

Be warned that the agents generally read from a script and you'll get much better help and advice here on the forum.

I'd advise you to start your own thread.
