I was unaware that the previous account had been banned from selling and since either has been a year since the ban they’re saying it has past the appeals process. The CSR on the phone said there’s nothing I could do and that I am permanently banned from selling on eBay, is there anything I can do to appeal or correct my mistakes? My old account was banned because of poor seller performance metrics. My new account has 300+ sales and 100% feedback and I was doing things properly this go around. If anyone knows of any way that I can ever sell on eBay again, please let me know.
