You eBay purchase history does not go back anywhere near 11 years. Unless you still have your confirmation emails from back then, I don't think there is an option to 'get them'

Its still 2025 and 10 years is the limit I think so may till be available

I just got july 2015 on a few weeks ago. I did not need to go back any further but I think this may have been the limit.
