Payment gone too random / wrong account

My payment from Ebay has recently gone into a random account, i believe it's one of my old cards that i dont have access to anymore.

I tried adding my current card but it wont allow me too, i literally have no clue which account it could've gone too.

I am guessing that you didn't bother to get verified for Managed Payments prior to listing. This is a requirement for all sellers. Infrequent/new sellers will also have a 30 Day hold on funds.

How do you know it has gone into a random account. Suggest you actually read what you signed when you listed. If you dont get ID & Bank verified you wont see the money

These are the shoes you falsely listed under

New with defects: A brand-new, unused, and unworn item

But then in the listing you say you have worn them twice

It does'nt sound like you signed up for Managed Payments, if you are saying the funds (which would still be on hold) have gone to a card you no longer have access to

Ergo, you won't be getting your money if you did not do as required for selling

And hope that you buyer does'nt open a not as described dispute
