    <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Same as most banks and other financial institutions differ slightly, paypal has their own conversion rates,&amp;nbsp; sometimes it is in your favour compared to the other avenues sometimes not, but considering the protection it offers buyers to me a few cents is really not an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
