    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you funded the payment with a credit card then call your bank about doing a chargeback.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact paypal if that is how you paid and tell them it has been returned and supply the tracking number and see if they will assist you in opening a dispute to get your money back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband purchased a tractor part and it didn't fit. We sent it back to the seller and after a lot of stuffing around he has told us that he will refund only part of the purchase price only AFTER we leave feed back. He knows after all the stuffing around he has put us through that the feed back will be unfavourable. So he is holding our money at ransom. He ovbiously is used to bad feedback and this is his way of containing it. Very wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
