    <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have to contact the buyer and ask them to repay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is nothing else you can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you sent the item with tracking and could prove postage then you should not have refunded as that is what protects you as a seller against refunding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Buyer opened a resolution centre case because his item had not arrived. I refunded payment, to resolve the case, then the item arrived. Is there any way for the buyer to flag that the item was received so my refund is reversed?</description>
