    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have done several chargebacks over the years.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the item was not received it is quite straight forward.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I just ring my bank and give them the transaction number and date of the entry on my account and sit back and wait for the refund to appear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Item Not As Described is a bit more complicated.....you need to return the item by trackable means and have proof od the item being received by the seller.....SOD would probably what is needed now (it is a while since I have done a SNAD chargeback and postage has changed.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
