My order consists 4 items, I was asked to complete checkout seperately, My total order amount is over $50, I would like to use the $10 off Easter Promotion code. can I still use that?

Check the terms and conditions of the voucher.

It may be it is not valid for combined items or I have misunderstood the question.

You have to pay for all the items in one payment for the discount code to work....the total of the payment must be $50 or more.

Why are you being asked to pay for everything separately? If the seller wants immediate payment on each item try putting them in the Cart first and paying that way. It should allow you to make the one payment for all items.
