Recently, I mad some purchased on ebay. Normally I paid the payment by credit card through Paypal. Anyway, one of the trascation was $7.90 and It was clearl shows $7.90 on the paypal windows. When I checked my credit card statement and I realize there was a international trascation fee of $0.19 or $0.29. I had been paid extra $3.50 for two transcations.

I puchased item on ebay for several years and the fee seems start after 1st of july. Is interational transcation fee is normal?

Any advise that I can avoid the situation in the future? If I paid by bank transfer, will I need to pay the extra fee such as internation trascantion fee?

We have noticed in recent times, new fees for International purchases added by Visa, this is buying direct from websites, nothing to do with eBay.
