    <description>&lt;P&gt;If Paypal has locked your account then you need to contact Paypal. I doubt that eBay can do anything about it, seeing as they no longer own Paypal. Did Paypal contact you about this and give you a reason? I once got locked out of my Paypal account and it was just a glitch. I kept calling Paypal and they would fix it and then it would allow me one purchase and lock again. Finally I changed my password and that fixed the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to talk to Ebay directly. I have increased my sales over the past month and now Paypal has locked my account becasue my sales have increased. My sales have now dropped because i can not acess my monies to purchase more stock. This is not good for business and need to be reported to the ACCC. I need answers as i find it impossible to file a complaint against paypal. Its is easy for my customers to open a complaint aginst me but it does not apply to the service provider. I have paid already paid my commisions to both ebay and paypal, my goods have been shipped to the buyers and me the sell does not have acess to the payment. I am a small business and have bills and staff to pay and this is not helping during these tough times. I expect ebay to reslove PayPal issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
