The exact same thing just happened to me today. I called my bank immediately, then called ebay.
The bank will send me a new card. Ebay cannot reveal which ebay user have taken advantage of my credit card.

This amount is for your eBay Plus subscription. Three months ago, you must have signed up for an eBay Plus free trial. If you don't unsubscribe before the free trial period ends, you are automatically charged for a year's subscription. (This is stated in the terms and conditions.)

It's unfortunate that quite a few people do not read the T&Cs of offers when they sign up to something of this nature.

eBay says: If you decide that eBay Plus isn't for you, you can cancel eBay Plus at any time during your trial and you won't be charged. After your trial period has ended, we'll charge you an annual membership fee of $49 to continue receiving eBay Plus benefits.

eBay further says: If you don't want us to charge you an eBay Plus membership fee, make sure you cancel your membership before the 30-day trial period has ended.

On that same page, eBay explain how to cancel your eBay Plus subscription/membership. If you cancel before the trial period is up, there's no charge. However, if you cancel after the trial period - i.e., after you've already been charged - then you won't receive a refund.

This is what eBay say:

CANCELLING YOUR EBAY PLUS MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your eBay Plus membership at any time – this means we won't charge you when it's time to renew your membership.

To cancel your eBay Plus membership:

Go to your eBay Plus membership page - opens in new window or tab.
Select My membership.
Select Cancel.

If you cancel during your free trial period: You'll still receive all eBay Plus benefits until 30 days after you signed up for the eBay Plus trial.

If you cancel after paying the annual membership fee: Your eBay Plus membership is valid until the end of your membership period and you'll still receive all eBay Plus benefits until then.

This is just getting worst first mine got taken out 115 then I checked my bank account another one 48.99 why would I get charged I just pay the ebayplus a few days ago it's not a year yet.

It's not a scam. You need to cancel the eBay plus membership you signed up for before it renews. First cancel the membership then contact eBay and see if they will refund you.
