Paypal not working

For the last few weeks, whenever I try to pay for the items I purchased, it comes up with the same message:

"We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details."

I have had a PayPal account for over ten years and there is no issue with sufficient money.

I have deleted browsing history and have completely quit out of my computer, and turned my computer off and back on and t's STILL happening.

Originally it allowed me to pay, but ONLY if I elected to pay one seller at a time - quite annoying with multiple purchases from multiple sellers.

But today, it won't even let me select "Pay only this seller."

I have lots of items I need to pay for - how am I supposed to pay now?

i think paypal has been corrupted, it wont let me do anything, keeps saying my paments and deposits are "pending" been like that for a week now....it has also made multiple withdrawals from my bank account without my permission????????

i need it fixed asap as i use it to pay all my bills as well as buying from ebay

tried many many times to contact paypal, with no luck at all........
