People here cannot not investigate and cannot just refund you money when the transaction does not involve us

You have given out your email address on a public forum for anyone to see, including scammers . I will ask a mod to remove it but they can take several hours to do so. In the meantime, anyone contacting you by email will be a scammer only

The amount shown looks like the amount the fee is for eBay Plus

That is the amount of a subscription to ebay Plus.

If you do not want it you should have cancelled it before the money was taken out.

To get a refund now you need to cancel the subscription and apply for a refund.

No-one here can do it for you.

eBay do not read the boards. You have just given your email address to any scammer who looks here. ANY email you get will be from a scammer, not eBay.

That amount would be your eBay Plus subscription, which you did authorise when you joined Plus.

There is a facility to cancel the subscription, but I don't know where it is. Try reading up on Plus in the 'help' pages.
