Oops. Something went wrong

Hi. When I go to checkout to pay for the item which I just won, I continually get the error "Oops. Something went wrong. Try again later."

Sometimes I am able to get into checkout and click on pay with PayPal before it does it. Sometimes it does it straight from the pay now button. I have also had it do it from the PayPal page after I have successfully logged into PayPal.
I have tried multiple times to complete the checkout process on both my iPad, and on my pc, I have used both Edge and Chrome and get the same errors.

Clear all cookies, history, and cached data. Log out.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on.

Also, maybe try using a differnet browser, Firefox is very eBay friendly
