    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a buyer's request for refund (open request: 5192045324), which cannot be correctly carried out due to my wrong operation. I hope you can intervene,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In response to this request, I correctly want to reply to the buyer's tracking information, but do not accept the return due to the wrong operation in my busy time, so I can't carry out other operations. The real situation is as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer requested a refund on the grounds that the goods did not work at 25 Aug, but the goods were delivered at 1 Sep. at 26 Aug, I informed the buyer that the goods were delayed due to covid-19 lock.
