I am about to apply for a refund on an item that has not arrived and the seller cannot provide a tracking number. However, the card that I used to purchase this item has now been closed

How will I receive my refund or is there a way I can ensure that I receive my refund to my new credit card or PayPal?

Update your banking details BEFORE you go for a refund.

Yes, padi is right.

You should inform the seller that you have a new cc though, otherwise the refund will automatically go to the old one if it was the one you paid with.
