I have sold a few things on ebay but haven't been receiving my payments??? and don't know why.
I have checked and they are not on hold - can anyone help or is there a way I can contact ebay directly thought there might be a chat forum with a real person but no 😞

Did you do everything you need to do to sign up for Managed Payments, and wait until you were verified to start selling?

eBay will class you as a "new seller" so you MUST be signed up and verified for payments to happen.

Even if you have signed up and verified your personal details and bank account, your funds will be on hold for at least 21 days - more likely 30 days.

Does everything match exactly (name on everything exactly the same)
