Click and Send SEARCH function???

Does anyone know how to perform a SEARCH for customer's tracking number using the History page of Aust Post Click and Send? Or does the Search function just not work?

I just tried it and the History/Tracking >> Item History links up the top of the Click & Send page when you're logged in seems to work for me.

I used dates (no numbers or names) and set the parameters I wanted and all my sent items came up from October to now. It did take a while for the items to load.

Did it not work for you at all?

Trying to search for a customer's tracking number.

Under History I searched for his surname, postcode, suburb, etc from the drop down boxes. No results.

It seems that if you want to find a customer's tracking number, you must search for it by typing the tracking number into the search box. Makes no sense.

Phoned Click and Send, they said the drop box options don't work. So why are they there?

The Click & Send drop boxes DO work. I have had to use them on occasion. In 'Item History' the drop down box after 'Item#' and 'Sender Reference' on the first line will show 'Ship To Name' as one example. By inserting your buyer's name in the 'Contains' box and pressing 'Filter', it should reveal what you are looking for. Just check the date range is sufficiently long enough.
