Tracking Id not working in Australia?

A seller gave me the string: EE753940185, but after 2 weeks still no results, even if I add the country code AU at the end.

Is that normal, I mean Tracking Id not working in Australia?

You are registered in Italy,listing items located in Hong Kong & have no purchases showing on this id.

That number with an AU on the end shows as being posted via EMS.

Have you contacted the seller about it ?

You have 45 days in which to open a Paypal dispute as you know.

I'm afraid that EMS article number EE753940185AU has not received any scans, so has either not been posted yet, or has been copied down incorrectly by the sender.

I would strongly recommend contacting the seller to learn more about what is happening with your order.
