Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a postage label I am trying to do.

I know postage is going to be $7.20 for under 500g small parcel, however the confirmation page on ebay labels wants to charge me $13.80. Why? This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Hi there we have been finding the last couple of days when we send parcels 500g or less and fill out the correct dimensions it charges us $7.20 BUT when we print the postage label it says 22KG!!! does anyone else have this issue? We are doing everything correct BUT the printing information is coming out wrong. Thanks
