    <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't know that it was not delivered....only that the tracking has not been updated....it happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Until you get the notification email with the code to allow you to collect it, there is nothing you can do anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is always going to take longer than a parcel delivered to your home address....apart from that, what other reason do you have for advising members not to use the service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
