I have received a cancelled return notice ref ID: [#b4b3cf0b35c542d6860dbec10701f66 despite havng returned the item the day after I received it using one of your carrier labels how do I get this lifted and get my refund I cant find where I can dispute this cancellation

Did you go through an official Return case or did you just return the item off your own bat?

Was the return request accepted?

If the case was closed in the seller's favour you will have a fight to get it reopened as closed cases are normally not able to be reopened without very good evidence that they were closed in error.

Iwent through an official return case but got an email telling me to return the item which I already did I notified them that I had returned it but thats where it stood until I was informed that it had been closed I cant find where to appeal in addition I have received a notification that it was forwarded on the 20th July whereas I handed in to the depot on the 8th July

sorry I said that wrong I dropped of the parcel on the 20th July and received a notice that it ah been forwarded on the 8th Aug
