Hello,

I have an item I have done the shipping for and printed the label, with Australia Post. I put the wrong weight in by mistake and need to change it. How do I do this ?

What sort of label - eBay or MyPost?

What sort of packaging - flat rate satchel/box or own packaging?

What was the error in weight - high or low?

Time's ticking away.

You only have 5 days from generating and paying for an eBay label to cancel it, otherwise you have done your dough. It's been half that time since you asked your question and you still haven't bothered to provide any relevant information.

Maybe you don't actually want answers. Or you think that eBay will magically perceive your issue and magically resolve it.

Magic doesn't exist in the eBay universe.
