Anyone else's Australia Post tracking not updated on ebay despite being delivered?

Australia Post website is saying two packages were delivered last week yet ebay tracking info (I am the seller) is showing no updates.

Yes, I have exactly the same issue. all my Sendle parcels are updated but none of my australia Post orders have been updated on ebay, whereas on Aust Post website tracking shows they have been delivered.

Why is it annoying? Why do you feel the need to track your parcels unless there is an issue? AP tracking still works and if you have a reason other than vicarious you can easily see the actual status.

If the funds are on hold and it's been 24 hours since the order was delivered, speak to eBay via live chat and they can manually release the payment. after speaking to eBay, it can take up to 12 hours for PayPal to remove the hold.

Yes, I've got multiple items I've sold sent via Aust Post using the integrated postage option which have been delivered and the status still says "Tracking number provided". However if you input the number into Aust Post tracking all details are displayed noting they've been delivered. Maybe some API issue, surprised there aren't a lot more complaints considering it's been happening for at least a couple of weeks..

Yeah that's what they say.. then they never do it. I've spoken to 3 agents over 5 days who keep telling me they're going to release the hold within 24hrs on over $500 of delivered items, then 24hrs later nothing, ask another agent, they say they'll sort it, and they don't. Bloody ridiculous and stuffing up my business cash flow massively
