Has anyone else had problems with Fastways/Aramex

This is beyond a joke in my books

Another item I bought from Sydney trying to do the right thing and buy from Aussie sellers has gone missing with Fastways

This is the 5th item in less than a month lost by them with a total money value of just over $1000.00AUD

yest Aussie sellers keep using them which ends up costing the seller money as they give a refund and that is where they loose out and the buyer wasted weeks waiting for something that tracking states its still in the city it was picked up from yes was due for delivery weeks ago just totally useless

So for Aussie sellers do yourselves a favor and use Aust Post your parcels will be delivered in Australia within 2 to 5 days if you keep using Fastways (which they are def not fast ) buyers will start buying from China again as deliveries from China are arriving very quick infact way quicker the our own local courier companies are which is crazy

Be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem

The voice of discontent is usually loudest so there will be many more complaints than positive feedback

I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with Fastway/Aramex and deliveries have been within the specified timeframes. I can also say that none of my my last 6 parcels through AP came within 2-5 days but I wasn't expecting them to.

My last purchase that arrived with Aramex (from the US) was delivered to the local distribution centre because it had my PO Box as the address and Aramex don't deliver to PO Boxes generally. I received a text from them advising it was here and asking me to contact them to arrange delivery. All very efficient

If you google Fastway couriers reviews, it doesn't look good.

And here in community, many have said they provide very poor service.

I have two parcel sending to me with Aramex in these two weeks. Both of them were took to the depot as they said "delivery attempt" but in fact without ringing my intercom or any other notice. In result, I have to wait for extra weeks to rearrange the delivery time and wasted two days waiting at home. Also, not to mention that you need to go through those time consuming communication process as there is lack of customer support, so you need another few days to wait for their respond.

At the same period of time, I have some parcels sent by Australis post which has no issue at all. Their driver know how to ring the intercom but Aramex's driver wont and I highly doubt that if they have really came to my apartment.

I was looking for a way to contact ebay to compliant about the choice of courier as there are many similar cases showing that Aramex is not a reliable courier.

No point in complaining to eBay. The individual sellers on eBay decide if they will use AP or couriers. eBay doesn't sell anything, it is only an online computer program for buyers and sellers to use.
