Missing onward tracking number

I have a FedEx tracking # to eBay Global Shipping centre but never got an onward tracking number or carrier details. As this was a replacement item, the item code is of no use as it says it was delivered before the replacement was despatched.

If FedEx was used to deliver the item to Erlanger KY you should get a new tracking number when it leaves there.....it will be again handed to FedEx for the international leg of the journey.

Have attempted to contact FedEx but have not received any details of the onward forwarding tracking code.

This site https://parcelsapp.com/en/ gave me all tracking numbers automatically last time I used the GSP. I remember the "next" tracking number was on the right.
