The client cancelled the order, and We didn't post by post office, but eBay office charged Australia Post shipping fees! Could someone help to solute this issue?

Did you post?

Did you generate a label?

If yes to either, why.

If you cancel with the reason 'non-paying bidder' eBay will refund all fees.

So many questions, so little information provided.

If you generated a postage label but did not use it, you had 5 days from the time of generation, in which to cancel the label. If you failed to cancel within the 5 day limit, the charges remain valid and you are not entitled to any refund.
