      <description>&lt;P&gt;Being an ebayplus member and needing a couple of items in a hurry I spent time searching for them from an ebayplus seller because I wanted the express post only to have them shipped by snail mail, after contacting the sellers with regards to this, both sellers were oblivious to their obligations as an ebayplus seller, both tried to politely tell me I was wrong and I needed to contact ebay as it has nothing to do with them, this kind of makes me feel like this whole ebayplus thing is a scam.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes, I sure did, and yes I have read the exclusions, the offer did apply to me and my post code is listed in the inclusion zone.</description>
