Question Re: Refunds in Packaging & Shipping

eBay will do nothing to force the seller to pay you back the postage (note that only sellers in Australia can provide a postage label). Look at the seller's feedback, where are they registered ?

You could try giving them a negative feedback and see if that spurs them into refunding you - do not remove the neg until they've refunded though, they may try to say they can't refund until the neg goes.

Refunds

I made a purchase off ebay, it was not as described so initiated a return, after much back and forth they finally agreed to accept the return. EBay said they were responsible for return postage but they repeatedly failed to provide return label. Finally I advised them I would pay it and provide a receipt for reimbursement, item had been returned and now they have only refunded the purchase price not the postage. As ebay computer says a refund was sent (even though the wrong amount) it wont let me lodge any further action.

Unfortunately there is no place for me to leave feedback, that option has been removed.

Usually if a purchase is cancelled, you can still leave feedback from "Awaiting Feedback" on the left side of your eBay summary - provided it is less than 60 days since the purchase of course.
