I have sold an item but unable tp print a label, nor using non-print label, nor arrange an pickup.

What exactly is the problem, so other members have a chance at being able to help/advise?

Did you sign up for (and verified for ) Managed Payments before you listed the item?

Your listing only offers click and collect or express postage that I can see ?
